Coconut Rum Cake

Have you ever had a coconut rum cake? No? Well you are missing out! I love making this easy and simple rum cake. It takes longer to bake I think then it takes me to make it! I found some recipes online and modified to make my own adaptation. This coconut rum cake is moist and simple but so delicious. I melt some chocolate to drizzle on top and then chop some pecans. It later hardens and you get it all in one bit! It is so good!
